Returns & Exchange Policy

Change of mind or customer incorrectly ordered
If you have a change of mind about your purchase or have ordered the wrong part for your vehicle, Silverdale Radiators will provide you with an exchange or refund provided that:

  • You can provide a proof of purchase (copy of invoice).
  • It is within 14 Days of your item(s) being purchased.
  • The item(s) is unused in original packaging with NO damage to product.

Shipping costs
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Refund:
If you wish to receive a refund a 10% restocking fee of your product purchase price WILL apply and will be removed from any refund given as well as any shipping costs.

Exchange:
If wish to exchange product for the correct or a different Silverdale Radiators product restocking fees will be waived (NO restocking fees will apply) however if the new product Is at a higher amount than the original product price (excluding freight costs) customer is responsible to pay the difference as well any additional shipping costs.

Incorrectly supplied product or is not as described:
If due to incorrect supply or item is not as described an exchange or refund be given as well will cover, 100% of the return shipping cost provided that:

  • You can provide a proof of purchase (copy of invoice).
  • It is within 14 Days of your item(s) being purchased.
  • The item(s) is unused in original packaging with NO damage to product.
  • You send us your vehicle Rego plate number of the vehicle it did not fit.

Damages:
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This is important as the freight company will need to be notified within 24 Hours of delivery to accept any claim.
